In Pictures : Tabula Rasa by Theda Tammas

Enjoy these spectacular visuals of Theda Tammas’ latest installation, located on a platform high above the ground at Glastonbelli in an immersive atmosphere.

Tabula Rasa is an absence of preconceived ideas or predetermined goals; a clean slate ready to be written on. This is also the state of the human mind at birth as we have absolutely no ideas or preconceived notions. Whatever thoughts or opinions we develop are the result of our exposure to our surroundings and the influence of things happening nearby.

Theda Tammas’ installations are deeply thought provoking, surreal and radical in their approach. She is an artist who immerses the viewer into her installations, which are characterized by movement, dance and a dark, poignant ambiance that prompts the visitor into thinking deeper.
